After I started in 2022 with the 100 km walk, I continued to do the next 2 years with the same distance. After each year, I thought I would stop as age was fast catching up with me. Now nearer to 63 than 62, I decided to do a shorter distance since the 100 km wasn’t available. Just as well, as I’ve been actively recovering from a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis.
