Step into a whimsical world with our Mid-Autumn celebration, featuring a 4-Course Teddy Bear-themed Mooncake and Tea Degustation Experience.
Join us in raising $10,000 to support the holistic well-being—physical, emotional, and mental—of 50 pregnant teens and their social support systems.
Proceeds will support young mothers and their families, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. All donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact of your contribution.

Flavours of the snow skin teddy bear mooncake are as follows:
- Pink – Strawberry with White Lotus
- Blue – Butterfly Pea with Gula Melaka Lotus
- White – Bergamot with Red Bean
- Brown – Chocolate with Chocolate Mung Bean
All mooncakes are free from artificial additives, contains no preservations, colorings, or flavourings. 100% natural extracts from fresh fruits, flowers and vegetables. Avoiding alcohol, animal gelatine and lard.

The funds raised will be used to provide holistic well-being of pregnant teens, emphasizing on their physical, emotional, and mental health by supporting the teens and their social support systems. We address diverse emotional and mental health challenges, including grief and loss, acknowledging the profound impact of miscarriage, stillbirth, and sudden infant death.
By empowering young mothers and fostering community resilience, we aim to build stronger support systems and create a nurturing environment where every young mother can thrive.
Tote Board Enhanced Fund-Raising Programme provides dollar-for-dollar matching, up to $250,000 per charity, for fund-raising projects that help the underserved in the community.
Charities that have fully utilised their $250,000 dollar-for-dollar matching cap may continue to apply for Tote Board’s 40% matching, capped at $100,000 per application, for eligible fund-raising projects during the qualifying period.
